Several fateful coincidences led to the birth of a new buzzing musical entity on the first day of the year 2009. It grew slowly, combining experiences of two lives when finally, it began to burst, and in late 2010 space dust turned into a duet. Travels begun on the streets of Vilnius, continuing in Berlin, Stockholm and Paris to later return to Lithuania with a new little beehive of songs that aided in winning various contests for years to come. In 2011 they managed to earn the Saulius Mykolaitis award for best debut of the year.

Currently Kamilė and Mantas are continuing their work in a variety of music festivals, sung poetry concerts, coffee shops and bars, as well as sitting in trees and running around stairwells.

„Kamilė Gudmonaitė and Mantas Zemleckas are not very well known but already very talented and interesting young artists. I use the word “artists” because what they are creating could hardly be called just music. Old folklore with its incantations and lamenting is reborn in their acoustic experiments and poetic explorations. Skilled and creative guitar by Mantas combined with Kamilė’s voice creates something that doesn’t even have a name yet in musical theory. It is difficult to compare this duet to anything in the context of Lithuanian music. They just need to be heard. Live.” (D. Razauskas, January 2011).
